PROJECT ASCEND

PROJECT ASCEND is not a competition. It is a fully integrated K-POP debut pipeline — the first program of its kind to combine a professional training camp, a real industry audition, a large-scale live stage, and a final group selection process into one unified experience in Seoul. THE PIPELINE — 5 STEPS TO DEBUT STEP 1 — GLOBAL K-POP CAMP: A multi-day professional training intensive held in Seoul. Participants undergo vocal training, dance and stage performance coaching, facial expression and camera presence workshops, and daily evaluation by industry mentors. The camp is designed to simulate the real trainee experience inside a major K-POP agency. STEP 2 — INDUSTRY AUDITION: Participants audition in front of panels from Korean entertainment agencies. Each participant receives an audition film and a professional portfolio. Feedback is transparent and direct — with clear pathways toward either selection or continued development. STEP 3 — THE STAGE: A full-production live showcase in Seoul featuring large-format LED stage systems, professional lighting and spatial audio, multi-camera broadcast capture, and VCR/styling/live direction. Every performance is produced to debut-quality standards and captured as releasable content. STEP 4 — ASCEND SELECTION: Candidates are assessed on skill, expressiveness, teamwork, and global IP potential across daily training, agency audition, main stage performance, and final comprehensive review. STEP 5 — OFFICIAL DEBUT: Selected members proceed to Korean music production, global streaming release, performance film & MV, and SNS fandom and community launch — produced to full professional K-POP industry standards. AFTER DEBUT — 3 TRACKS Track A — Team Debut: ASCEND official group activities. Track B — Individual IP: Personal brand expansion. Track C — Continued Development: Season-over-season growth.
