Important notes · A chaperone/guardian pays 60% of the applicable participant fee. A non-refundable deposit of USD $200 per person applies. If the dormitory reaches capacity, participants must arrange separate accommodation. Chaperones/guardians may stay in the same dormitory as overseas participants.

The schedule may change due to weather or operational circumstances. Separate transportation services are not provided except for airport-related transportation.
