Schools & groups / SOPA CAMP

K-POP GROUP CAMPS IN KOREA. SCHOOLS. ACADEMIES. CULTURAL EXCHANGE.

Schools, universities, dance, vocal and K-POP academies, youth institutions, clubs and groups, agencies, and educational travel operators can use this guide to plan training and cultural exchange in Korea. There are two different next steps: apply as an organization to a published camp, or email a bespoke program inquiry. A tailored proposal requires a review of scope, dates and availability; no custom itinerary, group place or partnership is guaranteed.

Plan before you book

Published camp enrollment or a bespoke inquiry?

If a listed camp’s dates, age range and curriculum fit, open its detail page and use its organization application with that exact camp selected. The form requires a camp selector even if you open it before choosing. If you want different dates, training hours, cultural activities or a separate cohort, email a planning brief first. Do not use an unrelated camp selection as a booking for a bespoke program.

Coordinator checklist: provide a usable planning brief

Include learner ages and participant count; departure country and passport-country mix; preferred dates and flexibility; dance, vocal and cultural-exchange aims; accompanying parents, guardians and staff; budget per person, currency and total budget; and the coordinator’s name, email and phone. Add experience levels, communication needs, medical or dietary considerations and the published camp of interest, if any.

Turn the brief into a reviewed scope, not a promise

Request written clarification of teaching hours, venue, accommodation, transport, supervision, included services, payment and cancellation terms. Explain whether your institution organizes flights and guardian cover or is asking for options. Wait for a scope and availability response before marketing places or paying suppliers. Group-size thresholds, deposits and fees belong only to the live program that publishes them; they are not universal group conditions.

Budget for the whole journey

Use only the chosen program’s current published price or a written quote. Check currency, deposit, refund rules and inclusions before paying. Flights, accommodation, transfers, insurance, entry-document costs and spending money need separate budget lines unless expressly included. A deposit or group-size condition in one listing does not apply to other camps.

Check entry rules for each passport

Verify Korean visa and entry requirements with the official Korea Visa Portal and the embassy responsible for your passport and circumstances. Check transit-country requirements too. Residence, nationality and departure country are not interchangeable. A camp inquiry does not grant a visa, establish an exemption or guarantee entry.

Get program-specific answers in writing

Ask who supervises minors, how parents give consent, how medical needs and emergencies are handled, and what languages the team can actually use. Confirm curriculum, venue, accommodation, payment and cancellation conditions before committing. Neither this guide nor an application promises a place, school admission, a partnership status, audition success or debut.

A published camp

Choose a camp for shared K-POP training and cultural exchange when its fixed dates and published eligibility fit your learner. Compare the actual curriculum, venue, accommodation and supervision on its detail page. An application is a request for review, not confirmed admission.

One-to-one / private training

For focused dance or vocal work, ask about individual training and a possible five-day format. Share your goals, experience and travel window; any schedule depends on agreed scope and availability. Training does not guarantee auditions, an agency contract or a debut.

Schools, academies & groups

Send a planning brief before buying flights. For individual training, use the consultation form. For a tailored group proposal, email the coordinator with the information below.

The organization form is for a published camp and requires you to select one. For a bespoke program without a chosen camp, email an inquiry first; scope, dates and availability need separate confirmation.
