Start with the learner, then the format
Write down age, dance or vocal experience, preferred teaching focus and cultural-exchange goals. A fixed-date camp offers a shared setting; individual training may suit focused development; a school or academy group needs a coordinator. Do not assume that venues, age bands or included services are identical across listings.
Match school attendance to the whole travel window
Compare the program dates with your own school’s terms, exams and permission process. Add outbound travel, connections, recovery from time-zone changes and the return journey. January is not a universal holiday, and a camp’s dates are not the same as the dates a learner must miss school.
Choose the right inquiry, without assuming a place
Families can request a published camp individually. Schools, universities, academies, youth institutions, clubs, agencies and educational travel operators should use the group guide to prepare a brief. A bespoke proposal needs its own scope and availability review; neither a general inquiry nor an application reserves a place or confirms a partnership.
Budget for the whole journey
Use only the chosen program’s current published price or a written quote. Check currency, deposit, refund rules and inclusions before paying. Flights, accommodation, transfers, insurance, entry-document costs and spending money need separate budget lines unless expressly included. A deposit or group-size condition in one listing does not apply to other camps.
Check entry rules for each passport
Verify Korean visa and entry requirements with the official Korea Visa Portal and the embassy responsible for your passport and circumstances. Check transit-country requirements too. Residence, nationality and departure country are not interchangeable. A camp inquiry does not grant a visa, establish an exemption or guarantee entry.

Ask who supervises minors, how parents give consent, how medical needs and emergencies are handled, and what languages the team can actually use. Confirm curriculum, venue, accommodation, payment and cancellation conditions before committing. Neither this guide nor an application promises a place, school admission, a partnership status, audition success or debut.
